Empowered Behavior Solutions, along with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Mental Health Professionals, are in-network providers with most major health care plans.
If you would like to determine whether our services are covered by your health insurance, please contact our Client Services Enrollment Department.
By providing us with some basic information and your consent, we can reach out to your insurance company to verify your benefits and help you access the services you need. If Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is covered and you choose to proceed with Empowered Behavior Solutions, we will assist you in obtaining any necessary pre-authorizations to begin services.

Submit a copy of your insurance card (front and back)
Submit a psychological evaluation with diagnosis (most insurance plans require this)

At Empowered Behavior Solutions, we are able to deliver both ABA services and traditional mental health services as an in-network provider with the corresponding health plans.
